These terms apply to all users of LootCodes, including guests and registered account holders.

If you do not agree with these terms, you must stop using the platform.

You must be legally capable of entering into binding contracts in your jurisdiction.

You are responsible for maintaining account security, accurate profile details, and all activity under your account.

• Do not share access credentials.
• Do not create accounts using false identity data.
• You must promptly report suspected unauthorized access.

LootCodes sells digital products such as activation keys, gift cards, and software licenses.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, purchases grant a personal use license and do not transfer intellectual property ownership.

• Platform and publisher terms (e.g., Steam, PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo) may impose additional conditions.
• Region, language, and platform compatibility are part of the product specification and must be reviewed before purchase.

All prices, discounts, and availability are subject to change before payment confirmation.

Displayed currency and settlement currency may differ based on your location, payment method, and configuration.

• We reserve the right to correct obvious pricing or listing errors.
• Taxes, duties, or local regulatory fees may apply where required by law.

Digital delivery is generally automated but may be delayed for risk checks, payment verification, or technical operations.

A product is deemed delivered when the digital key or access credential is made available in your order flow, account area, or approved delivery channel.

Refund decisions are governed by the Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Unauthorized or abusive chargebacks may result in account restrictions, order cancellation, and access limitations.

To protect customers and partners, we apply risk controls that may include identity checks, temporary holds, and manual review.

We may deny, limit, or reverse access to services where fraud, abuse, sanctions concerns, or material policy violations are detected.

Promotional offers are subject to specific eligibility requirements, expiration dates, and usage limits.

Promo abuse, manipulation, or automated exploitation may result in promo cancellation and account enforcement actions.

LootCoins is closed-loop store credit issued by LootCodes. LootCoins are not legal tender, have no cash value, are not redeemable for cash, and are not a bank deposit, gift card, prepaid access product, electronic money instrument, security, or financial instrument.

LootCoins may only be used to reduce the price of eligible purchases on LootCodes. LootCoins are non-transferable between accounts and cannot be sold, traded, loaned, or assigned. Accounts are personal and must not be shared.

Each wallet credit may have an expiry date. Unused LootCoins expire after the period communicated at the time of issuance (by default, twelve months from the date of issuance). Expired LootCoins are forfeited and cannot be reinstated except at LootCodes' sole discretion.

LootCoins are issued only to registered account holders. Guests cannot hold LootCoins; you must complete account creation before a balance can be credited to you.

LootCodes may freeze, cancel, or reverse any LootCoins balance that was issued in error, issued due to a system or pricing glitch, issued to a compromised or fraudulent account, issued on the basis of an order that is later refunded, charged back, or canceled, or obtained through abuse of promotions, multi-accounting, or manipulation of price feeds.

LootCoins redeemed against an order that is subsequently refunded in full, canceled, or successfully charged back will be automatically re-credited to your wallet. Partial refunds and wallet reversals are handled on a case-by-case basis through customer support.

LootCoins issued as rewards (including signup bonuses and price-drop refunds) may be reversed, in whole or in part, if the qualifying order is refunded, charged back, canceled, or determined to be fraudulent.

When a guest checkout is converted to a registered LootCodes account, we may credit a one-time signup bonus in LootCoins. The exact amount is displayed in the account-claim flow before you confirm and is the authoritative figure for that offer.

Eligibility for the signup bonus requires all of the following: (a) the anchor order is in a revenue-recognized status (paid, fulfilled, completed, or delivered) at the time of claim; (b) the order subtotal meets the minimum threshold displayed in the claim flow; (c) the order was not paid, in whole or in part, with previously issued LootCoins; and (d) the order was not subject to a promo code or admin discount.

The signup bonus is one-time per user. Repeated or fraudulent attempts to claim additional bonuses through multi-accounting, disposable emails, or other circumvention are prohibited and may result in wallet clawback and account termination.

If the anchor order is subsequently refunded in full, canceled, or successfully charged back, the signup bonus will be automatically reversed from your LootCoins balance. If your balance at the time of reversal is lower than the bonus amount originally granted (because you have already redeemed it), the reversal is clamped to your current balance and no further action is taken. LootCodes does not pursue negative wallet balances for reversed bonuses.

LootCodes offers automatic price protection on eligible purchases. If the advertised price of a variant you purchased drops within the protection window (by default, seven days from the order timestamp), we will automatically credit the difference to your LootCoins wallet at our next scheduled comparison run.

Only the LootCodes-advertised price is considered. Prices listed by third-party sellers, marketplaces, or competitors are excluded. Temporary price movements are filtered: we require the lower price to be available for purchase on LootCodes for a material duration before issuing a refund.

Eligibility requires all of the following: (a) the order is in a revenue-recognized status (paid, fulfilled, completed, or delivered); (b) the order is associated with a registered account (guests are excluded — you may claim your account to become eligible); (c) the order was not discounted with a promo code or admin discount; (d) the variant has not been refunded, canceled, or reissued since purchase.

The refund is paid out exclusively in LootCoins. Cash or card refunds are not issued under this program. Minimum refund and per-item caps apply, as published in the checkout disclosure and price-drop email.

If the original order is subsequently refunded in full, canceled, or successfully charged back, any price-drop refund already granted in connection with that order may be reversed from your LootCoins wallet (subject to the same clamp-to-balance rule as other wallet reversals).

LootCodes may adjust the protection window, minimum refund thresholds, and eligibility rules at any time for operational, fraud, or legal reasons. The rules in force at the time a comparison is run are the rules applied to that run.

You agree not to misuse the platform, interfere with service operations, or attempt unauthorized access.

• No fraudulent activity, payment abuse, or identity misrepresentation.
• No reverse engineering, scraping, or automated extraction of protected content.
• No resale or redistribution where not explicitly authorized.

Services are provided on an "as available" basis, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

LootCodes is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or access arising from third-party platform actions.

These terms are governed by applicable laws stated in your transaction context and legal documentation.

Unless mandatory law requires otherwise, disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts specified by LootCodes legal notice.

We may update these terms to reflect legal, operational, or product changes.

Updated versions become effective upon publication unless a different effective date is expressly stated.
