Refund Policy

When an order involves LootCoins — either because you redeemed them to reduce the order total, or because the order triggered a LootCoins reward — the following rules apply in addition to the refund rules above.

• Full refunds or successful chargebacks automatically re-credit any LootCoins you applied to the order back to your wallet, typically within minutes of the refund event.
• Partial refunds are processed against your original payment method first. Partial reversal of LootCoins is handled on a case-by-case basis through customer support.
• Rewards issued because of an order (account signup bonus, price-drop refund, promotional credits) may be reversed if the underlying order is refunded in full, canceled, or successfully charged back. If your wallet balance at the time of reversal is lower than the reward granted, the reversal is clamped to your current balance.
• Closed-loop store credit cannot be converted to cash. This is true even where a full refund would otherwise be available — if you paid entirely with LootCoins, the refund is issued in LootCoins.

Eligible purchases are automatically price-protected for a limited window after purchase. If the LootCodes-advertised price of a variant you bought drops within that window, we credit the difference to your LootCoins wallet.

• Guests and promo-discounted orders are excluded. You may claim your account to become eligible.
• The refund is paid in LootCoins only. No cash or card refunds are issued under this program.
• Only the LootCodes-advertised price is considered. Competitor prices and third-party seller listings do not qualify.
• If the original order is later refunded, canceled, or charged back, any price-drop LootCoins we issued for it may be reversed.

Our referral program pays both referrers and referees in LootCoins. To keep the program fair, rewards are subject to the following conditions:

• Rewards settle only after the referee's first qualifying order is fully fulfilled. Pending rewards are not withdrawable and do not count toward wallet balance until settlement.
• If the qualifying order is refunded in full, canceled, or successfully charged back, both the referrer and referee rewards are automatically reversed. If your wallet balance at the time of reversal is lower than the original reward, the reversal is clamped to your current balance and the remainder is recorded as a negative adjustment against future referral earnings.
• We reserve the right to invalidate referrals and reverse rewards where we detect self-referral, account farming, payment-instrument sharing, or other abuse of the program, at our sole discretion and consistent with our fraud policy.
• Referral rewards and leaderboard prizes are issued as closed-loop LootCoins. They have no cash value, are not transferable between accounts, and cannot be exchanged for currency.
• You may open a dispute from your dashboard within 30 days of a referral being marked completed, reversed, or invalidated. Disputes are reviewed by our support team and decisions are final.
